Our COUNTY LADIES' AUXILIARY is pleased to present a one-hour CHAIR YOGA fundraiser! This "perfect for all ages" event will be held on Sunday, July 27 from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at Putnam Lake FD. Certified Instructor Kathy Kelton (RYT 500*) will be teaching all of us how to relax and destress with safe-for-all sitting (in a chair) yoga techniques.
