Our volunteer First Responders are too busy doing their amazing work to realize that there are, indeed, heroes among them! Now is the time that the PCVFA encourages the Chiefs of our Departments and Ambulance Corps to recognize their members' noteworthy actions from last year, nominating him/her/them for recognition at our July Convention Meeting, just as we honored Brewster FD's RYAN BONAMICI with Firefighter of the Year and CARMEL FD with the Unit Citation for their courageous actions in 2022, as did Hudson Valley at their Convention!

Chiefs, it's up to you to submit your nominations for this year's awards by MARCH 1st for consideration. As always, your nominations will also be forwarded to Hudson Valley and FASNY for their awards. Our application is attached and can also be found under our RESOURCES tab.
