The PCVFA offers its sincere condolences to the Brewster Fire Department on the passing of Deputy Chief/Past Commissioner LOUIS R. GASPARINI.

We share in Brewster's loss of its past Chief and Commissioner, a 65-year active member of their department. Louis Gasparini wore several hats - not only as Chief and Commissioner with the Brewster FD and its District, but as Past President of the PCVFA, a Charter Member of the Royal Order of the Blue Vests and a proud, loyal U.S. Army veteran, having actively served our Country during the Korean War. He was a longtime member of VFW Post #672 in Brewster. Louis Gasparini will be remembered at our annual Memorial Service in July 2026.

Visitation will be held Friday, Feb 27th (3:00-7:00 PM) at the Beecher Funeral Home (1 Putnam Ave, Brewster, NY) with Firematic Services at 6:30pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Lawrence O'Toole Catholic Church (34 Prospect St) on Saturday, February 28th at 10:00am. He will be laid to rest at St. Lawrence O'Toole Cemetery (40 Turk Hill Rd) both located in Brewster.
